Jeannie with Carrie, her daughter, making memories together.

Jeannie with Daniel, her son.  Daniel is now working with the CBD industry and busy helping folks with their ailments in North Carolina.

Grandson Archie Ray Maynard will be 8 very soon.  Hard to believe he is this age in 2024.   Archie is now hunting and fishing with Dad and family and in school.  He loves life, family, and his baby sister, Zella.  What a terrific grandson and the only one named after That Farming Man of Mine, Billy Ray Trew.

Grand Daughter Sarah

Born January 19, 2004 Sarah came into our lives full time when she was around 12 years old.  She has been such a blessing to us and lives with her Dad, Daniel Cummings, over in the Cookson Creek community.  What a talented lady!  Sarah brings confidence and such a hope for a bright future for life in the country.  God knew we needed Sarah to give us some drive and color.  You go girl!!!!  Sarah has recently entered Cosmetology School in Cleveland, TN.  She is a grown kiddo now but this Grandma still loves to look at photos of back when.  I bet I am not the only grand parent that just cannot take older photos off their websites.

Days now gone by!!

Bill at the Farmer's Market

Bill is no longer selling at the Ooltewah Nursery Farmers Market but we surely did enjoy the time we sold produce, pork, and lamb.  Everyone should visit the market which is open each Thursday all year.  Please contact mark manager, Angel Miller for details at the nursery in Ooltewah, TN.

We are now moving toward group meat sales to some local livestock markets as well as individual meat sales from the farm.

Our Family was blessed with the addition of Baby Kurt 2017 to Daughter Carrie and her Husband Mike!

In this photo:

Carrie, Kurt and Sarah

With Mike's health issues and their fight to live, you can probablly understand why I keep some of these older photos on this page.  Kurt is now 7 but me being a Gammie has a hard time updating and removing such special memories.

Evan is thrilled and we are so happy for these brothers!

A little glimps into the lives of Evan and Kurt and their Dad, Mike Inglis:

Mike was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic non operable cancer on Nov. 19, 2019.  Having Evan around 12 at the time and then Kurt being 2 years old has kept Mike fighting literally for his life for  5 years.  Just staying a live and working and taking care of my daughter, Carrie and these 2 boys has been a full time journey.  Mike is still up and going today.  This is our miracle from God.  Prayers for Mike to continue on are welcomed.  I will keep you posted as we walk forward.

Archie and Brayden

Two Big Fish

Brayden is now on his own!  The whole world is open to whatever adventures this young man decides to take.  We love you Brayden.

Archie will be 8 December 13.  He has been learning to fish and hunt and help his father, Jordan Maynard, with their cattle.  Archie will learn the skills of coon hunting with Dad which is a long family tradition.  Part of this training also includes care of the coonhounds.

My 40th Class Reunion, Bill's Wright Family reunion and some recent shots of Bill and I.   Covid kept me from being able to celebrate my 45th class reunion.  We all hope to be able to gather together again for our 50th in the fall of 2024.  Can't believe my classmates and I turned 67 this year.  I attended Bradley Central High in Cleveland, TN graduating in 1975.  Bill attended Polk County High graduating in 1971.  We both are graduates of Cleveland State Community College.  I finished a bachalors at UTC in 2006.  Bill was in the wholsale tire business some 25 years before beginning his farming and meat producing business in 2009.

Bill and Jeannie

Jeannie and Margaret Witt at a Wright Family Reunion    Margaret has moved to South Carolina closer to her sister, Becky.  We miss seeing her but she calls and chats with us ever so often.

WHOOPS! Busted! Bill was supposed to be on a less sugar diet at this time. I caught him sneaking an extra cupcake. I can't stay too upset at blue eyes though.

Tea Party

Jeannie & Lenae Lifelong Friends  We have known each other since I was about 3 and Lenae was 4 1/2 years old.

Oolong Tea with Honey and Cream.  We love trying all the different tea flavors.  There is a tea house restaurant close by we visit also.

Tea Party Table Set for Good Eating & Fellowship -  People just don't seem to take the time to set a table or wash all those glass dishes anymore.  Well, we don't mind that since it is part of the "old ways" isn't it.
